Refun And Exchange

Exchange Terms:

We strive to provide an enjoyable and safe online shopping experience for exchange:

- The customer can exchange their purchases only within 3 days from receiving the product from the shipping company

- The products must be  in their original condition when they were bought (the tag and stickers are present, and the product is not used)

The exchange process takes place in the following way

- You can contact us via WhatsApp at the number 0559624178

- Once the request is approved, you will be reached via WhatsApp and e-mail

- Please print the bill of lading and stick it on the product before delivering it to the shipping company

- The customer shall deliver the product to the nearest branch of the shipping company

- The exchange policy validity period is 3 days only

- After reviewing the product and making sure that it is free of any defects, the period for replacement takes 7 working days. (In case of an exchange within a period of 3 days, an additional shipping fee of 50 Saudi riyals will be applied, which includes receipt from the branch and sending to you within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

-  Since we review and check each piece, making sure of its safety before sending it to the customer, We do not have any refund options
